We are looking for someone with a passion for volunteering as well as developing, empowering and supporting local groups to make an impact. Not only will you ensure a steady supply of new volunteers for specific opportunities, you will work to retain them by providing new opportunities and social events. You will support our existing branches and groups to fulfil their potential but also work to identify and develop new groups. The focus of current activity is to assist succession planning but also explore ways groups can have more of a voice in local issues. This is a fixed term 12 month contract and is part time for 21 hours per week (normally worked over 3 days per week). Salary is £14,088 pro rata + pension contribution.
