SWT manages its estate of 8,000ha for conservation, education and biodiversity and provides safe public access to its land holding. The Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, practical, flexible and highly motivated person to assist the farming team in the day to day husbandry and welfare of our livestock including cattle, goats, ponies and sheep. The role will require regular inspectiosn of the animals on the conservation sites and farms grazed through the summer months (1st April to 31st October). You’ll get to visit some of the most beautiful Surrey countryside whilst developing your knowledge of conservation grazing and livestock husbandry.
