We are looking for a professional, persuasive and engaging individual with a sound understanding of current agricultural policy, and credibility within the farming community. The successful candidate will have the skills and personality to be able to bring together a dynamic coalition, particularly farmers, but also NGOs, farming representatives/unions, agri-businesses and food groups. This coalition will build, shape and advocate for new food farming and land management policies in Northern Ireland that is good for farmers, nature and the environment. The post- holder will work closely with other NFFN staff involved in the farmer and public engagement strands of the NFFN’s strategy.
