Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, the Technical Advisor is responsible to lead the impact assessment processes of proposed developments as well as implement monitoring programs for approved projects in the Nunavut Settlement Area. Along with being responsible for managing each assessment in a procedurally fair and timely manner, a Technical Advisor must also be a subject-matter expert and provide advice to senior management and the Board. The Technical Advisor’s primary focus would be: • Implements impact assessment processes for proposed projects • Coordinates and leads monitoring of approved projects • Produces required documents during the assessment process (drafting and fin
