This role is a hugely rewarding, seasonal position and can be a stepping stone to one of our more advanced, permanent roles. You will be responsible for one of our student 'tribes' at one of our camps, ensuring that our high level of pastoral care is maintained and safeguarding their Health and Safety throughout their trip with us. You will be looking after your tribe through the many activities they will be doing during their stay with us, activities range from wild swimming, archery and target sports to traditional bushcraft skills like fire lighting and shelter building. This role requires enthusiasm, passion, energy and a desire to lead by example you will be a role model for our young people, ensuring they leave camp with positive memories that will last them a lifetime.
