T he Remote Sensing Research Centre at the University of Queensland are seeking Expressions of Interest for a GIS specialist to support our Remote Sensing and Analysis Team with a global coral reef mapping - https://www.allencoralatlas.org - project. Prospective candidates would ideally have a remote sensing background, with experience in multi-spectral image pre-processing and analysis, including object based analysis, and be comfortable working with large spatial datasets on cloud-based systems. An MSc in remote sensing or a related subject is a minimum requirement. Some coral reef field experience would also be valuable.
