GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Wilderness Society seeks a Planned Giving Specialist to contribute to a vibrant planned giving program helping donors realize their charitable goals through informed and impactful giving in support of our mission. The planned giving program is responsible for current and future support through a wide range of giving vehicles to meet the varied needs of a diverse membership including simple bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder and lead trusts, an endowment and a pooled income fund. Donors expressing a future intention are welcomed into our legacy society, the Robert Marshall Council, which is comprised of members who share a desire to ensure the clean air and water, wildlife, habitats and beauty that wild places provide is protected.
