The purpose of this role is to lead development and delivery of the Trust’s work to restore nature through the effective management of our nature reserves and wider countryside land management initiatives across Berkshire Responsible for developing, co-ordinating and delivering the Trust’s Land Management objectives in Berkshire relative to the Trust’s overall Strategic Plan and the West Berkshire Reserves & Commons Business Plan and Grant. The post holder will be responsible for c. 8 staff, who collectively deliver all aspects of on-site conservation management.
