Job description: As part of addressing the combined climate and nature crisis, we want to see at least 30% of land and sea in recovery for nature by 2030 and we believe that the most effective way to achieve this is through a Nature Recovery Network. This will be a joined-up system of places needed to allow nature to recover and thrive. We have campaigned successfully for a spatially planned approach to achieve nature’s recovery and are pleased to have had success in securing wording within the current Environment Bill for Nature Recovery Strategies across England to be embedded as part of Local Authority responsibilities.
