You will be working as part of a dispersed team delivering measures to support farmers and other land managers to deliver low carbon, nature positive, and sustainable land management. This work supports the Scottish Government’s commitment to tackle the twin global emergencies of climate change and biodiversity loss. Specifically, you will be assessing Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) funding applications and advising farmers, crofters, and other land managers on the AECS and supporting work related to rural land management carried out by NatureScot such as participating in the Farming With Nature programme
