The incumbent will work in a joint capacity with USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) along with other partners including Rio Grande Joint Venture (RGJV), Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), and other State and Federal partners to promote, accelerate enrollment, coordinate, and implement the conservation provisions of the Federal Farm Bill and other wildlife related conservation programs such as the South Texas Grassland Restoration Incentive Program (S.
