The AmeriCorps Field Logistics Technician (FLT) provides leadership and support to multiple field crews, and assistance to field staff in seasonal trainings and logistical coordination. Utah Conservation Corps (UCC) operates three 12-week field seasons throughout the year. The FLT begins their term of service in the early spring. The spring season is dedicated to the development of Crew Leaders through formal training and peer-led project work. During this time, FLTs become familiar with their responsibilities and assist regional staff with preparation for spring training.
