This position involves developing and teaching a variety of education programs to children and patrons of all ages.  Particularly for afterschool programs and coordinating Volunteer/Jr Assistant/intern program.  Schedule is Mondays-Fridays from aprox 11:00-6:30pm (or earlier depending on booked programs) and may involve some weekends.  Other programs may apply such as homeschool programs, outreaches and fieldtrips during the week.  Also may lead at special events and festivals, birthday parties, summer camps, school programs, scout programs, sleepovers, and other special events.  Must have previous public speaking/teaching/instruction experience with children.  Will be working with animals such as reptiles, amphibians, parrots, insects, arachnids, and mammals.  No experience with an
