We seek someone with at least 5 years of professional experience in ecological restoration, natural resource conservation, land use planning, land management or equivalent, with expertise using GIS for project planning, experience working with multi-stakeholder groups, a proven track record of success within similar mission driven organizations, demonstrated project management abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for the environment, Buzzards Bay and its watershed lands (or a suitable equivalent background).
