We’re looking for an assistant to join our Wilder Grazing team delivering natural process led management to support our goal of 33% of Derbyshire managed for nature by 2030. In this role, you’ll be part of a small team co-ordinating the delivery of high nature, low carbon, landscape scale grazing. Aiming to achieve ecosystem complexity, you will assist in the distribution of small native and large semi-domesticated or wild herbivores to replicate natural grazing systems. Working with our existing herd of Highland cattle you will also be responsible for caring for other breeds including equines, pigs and potentially larger herbivores like water buffalo and elk. You will work closely with the Trusts Natural Solutions team to deliver natural process led herbivory regimes across DWTs
