Are you able to communicate confidently to engage and motivate farmers and other landowners to get involved in on-the-ground delivery of water and wetlands management and creation? Have you got experience of managing contractors? Do you have good strategic planning skills to respond to local and national water focussed consultations? Do you have experience of working with volunteers? Do you have good ecological skills especially for wetland and farmland species and habitats? Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person to help deliver our wildlife and wetlands work. You will be joining an established team to deliver advisory visits and support to farmers and land managers interested in benefitting from grant support for wildlife and wetlands.
