Physical and Environmental Demands: Much of the time spent in this position will require the ability to work in extreme weather conditions and environments and the ability to tolerate strong odors and the sight of injured or dead animals.  This position requires the ability to work long hours and be flexible in work schedule to include weekend work on a routine basis.  The position also requires ability to occasionally hike long distances carrying a backpack, work safely in areas with grizzly bears and other dangerous wildlife, both alone and in a team setting, and the ability to work in and around aircraft on a monthly basis.  This position requires the ability to work with members of the public to reduce conflicts or provide educational materials and training. <
