Description The Partners Section of the Wildlife Division is primarily responsible for habitat development and restoration efforts, and access programs on privately owned lands. Examples of Work Under general direction, with limited supervision of District Manager, coordinate and implement all habitat improvement and public access program offerings at the district level (e.g. Berggren Plan/Focus on Pheasants, WILD Nebraska, Open Fields and Waters, etc.). Activities include: Site assessment, habitat planning, contract coordination, fish and wildlife surveys and reporting. Provide technical assistance of wildlife habitat enhancement techniques to private landowners and partners. Assist with or coordinate activities and projects within the division as assigned.
