Position Summary Senior Manager, Major Gift Operations supports the Global Resources department in delivering on strategic fundraising initiatives, with a central focus on the Individual Giving team. This position ensures that systems and projects which support frontline fundraising are highly organized and optimized to increase revenue. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Advance leadership philanthropy at WCS by directing an executive portfolio tracking system for Individual Giving & Institutional Advancement teams. • In collaboration with frontline fundraisers, program staff and senior leadership, ensure that donor strategies for executive portfolios are being advanced in a timely manner. • Gather and monitor priority actions for t
