In response, the Council developed a Climate Emergency Response Plan with land use, climate repair and adaption as one of the themes. This theme was expanded into the Council’s Land Action Plan which focusses on nature based, green infrastructure, natural capital, and land use solutions to help mitigate and adapt to climate change.
