THE ROLE This role will lead the youth engagement activity at our new woodland creation site, Mead - a 162 hectare site, adjoining Shipley Country Park in Derbyshire. The Youth Development Manager will work as part of a cross-departmental team of project specialists, woodland conservation advisors, youth engagement and fundraisers, ensuring that young people have a voice, can contribute to the project and have a genuine involvement in the development and activity at Mead. The role will engage a wide spectrum of local young people and provide them with the opportunity to have a rewarding and long-term connection; contributing to their landscape, set within their communities.
