Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is currently searching for a Science Writer & Editor to join the Communications Department. This is a regular, full-time, exempt position, and is eligible for benefits. JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Editorial and Media Relations, the Science Writer & Editor conceives and produces editorial content that engages and educates a wide range of audiences about the importance of the ocean to life on Earth, conveys the breadth and depth of research conducted at WHOI and its value to society, and helps WHOI scientific staff and administration meet their goals and objectives.
