This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the West Team as it pursues it Living Landscapes and Nature Matters vision. As Regional Manager you will look after the staff who facilitate front line delivery of projects, nature reserve management and sustainable food project which collectively aim to engage and inspire people to help us create a Yorkshire rich in wildlife for everyone. You will be forward thinking with an enthusiasm for leading and developing teams and will thrive under the challenge of encouraging local communities to engage with their green space to positively make a difference to their wellbeing. You will have an understanding of and a passion for nature conservation as well as being IT literate with excellent communication and people management skills.
