Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is looking for a Conservation Farming Manager to join our North Team at Appleton Mill Farm near Pickering. Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing a productive farm enterprise, especially with a focus on nature conservation. The post holder will be responsible for the strategic development, management and coordination of the Trust’s livestock programme. The role holder will have excellent communication skills to advise other landowners and estate managers on conservation farming and grazing. We are looking for someone who is personable and energetic, who has strong leadership skills and can support our Conservation Grazing staff to deliver work programmes.
