I am a 25 y/o biologist who obtained his B. Sc, in 2015 from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität in Erlangen, Germany. The main topic of the thesis was on macrophage differentiation and nomenclature. I am currently doing my master studies (M. Sc.) in Marine Biology & Limnology with a strong focus on Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Statistics at the University of Oslo (UiO), Norway.

I am participating as a researcher at the Oceanomare Delphis Onlus project based in Ischia, Italy where I am responsible for data-collection and photo-identification of marine mammals and many other tasks.

I am working as a tourist guide and researcher for the Whale Watching company Wild Seas in Norway since 2017.

I work as a freelance translator at Upwork. English – German translation, proofreading, and writing.

During my education, i obtained experience in sailing, wildlife photography, working in the laboratory, field research and gained solid presentation skills (both academic and for touristic purposes). My main interests are conservation biology, evolutionary biology, marine biology, ecology, immunology, tumor-biology (1 week internship at Myriad Genetics, Munich, Germany), photographing wildlife on a semi-professional level, field-work, statistics, writing, reading fiction and non-fiction (philosophy, economics, politics, history, neuroscience, religion, spiritualism, mysticism, psychology).
