Job description PURPOSE OF JOB An innovative and adaptable individual is required to contribute to Ocean and Biogeochemical modelling in the Ocean processes and Systems group of the Sciences Directorate. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team of oceanographers, biogeochemists, marine ecologists and contribute to a range of projects funded from a variety of sources. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will have a strong background in numerical modelling of shelf seas and will provide expertise in running, applying and developing using either GETM/GOTM, NEMO or POMS, or a similar global/shelf modelling system.
