Hawk Counter Fall Migration Seasonal biologist/ornithologist needed to conduct survey of migrating birds of prey from September 1 to November 30. Duties include identifying and recording migrating birds of prey, entering data into the Hawk Migration Association of North America database, and interacting with the public.

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Housing provided.

Start Date: 09/01/2015

Qualifications: Familiarity with hawk migration and experience identifying all eastern North American raptors is required.
Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter.
Must be able to work independently.
Applicants should have experience interacting with the public and excellent interpersonal skills.
Careful data collecting skills a must.
