The intern’s primary responsibility will be to assist the NMSF Policy and Conservation Manager with ongoing programs designed to achieve the goals listed below.

Community Service Payment Goals

• Research and develop on-the-ground conservation projects to support sanctuaries and sanctuary resources
• Research and form partnership with organizations and institutions that can assist with conservation work and outreach
• Manage existing conservation projects
• Create and promote communications materials and products
• Increase the number of DOJ cases and community service payments to NMSF
