Are you…

…at a crossroads in your professional career?

…having to influence others over whom you have little authority? Is this holding you back with your work?

Developed over the past 7 years, the Challenge of Science Leadership training course has been custom made for scientists, academics and professionals working in the environment and sustainability sectors. The course provides an integrated leadership tool kit for use on your own ideas and material during the course.  The tools can used back at work immediately after the course has finished.

This highly interactive and facilitative course will provide you with a source of practical skills and methods linking knowledge with action. It will enable you to develop your skills as a leader and facilitator to support effective innovation, communication and collaboration.
