This position will serve as technical and logistical support for monitoring needs pertaining to the collection of inventory and monitoring information on monarch butterflies and habitat associated with monarchs collected on Refuges in Oklahoma and Texas.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Collects and organizes biological field data using standardized collection procedures and equipment; assembles basic information on habitat (forests, wetlands, and grasslands), plants, and fish and wildlife populations. Ensures quality control of data collected. Performs field, and data analysis of collected samples and records data. Makes preliminary assessments or determi
