Salary: $15,000 per year plus lodging, utilities and hunting guide tips. Start Date: 04/01/2015. Description: 12 month position starting April 1, 2015. This is an excellent internship for applicants who desire to become wildlife managers on public or private land. Interns will work with staff waterfowl biologists and education professionals to help manage over 1,000 acres of land for waterfowl, deer and dove. Interns will learn waterfowl, deer and dove management techniques and will learn how to manage duck, deer and dove hunting programs for youth and adults. Interns will gain valuable agricultural experience. Interns will also assist with facility maintenance projects and chapter fund raising events.
