Blue Ventures is currently recruiting an experienced conservationist to spearhead the development of our mangrove conservation efforts in Indonesia. This new position in the Blue Ventures international team will be responsible for leading Blue Ventures’ evolving mangrove conservation efforts in Indonesia, including project scoping, site selection and partnership development. The Blue Forests Development Manager will lead scoping studies to identify priority mangrove conservation hotspots, as well as existing mangrove management and conservation initiatives being supported by community based organisations, NGOs and institutions in Indonesia.  These efforts will result in the identification of candidate sites and partners that may be suitable for future efforts to replicate Blue Ventu
