This position will serve as a Biological Science Intern. The selected intern will provide biological and technical support for protocol development, field surveys, and data management needs pertaining to the collection of inventory and monitoring information on Department of Interior (DOI) lands. This work supports the streamlining process associated with the Energy Policy Act of 2005 by increasing DOI baseline knowledge and current trends in the status of sensitive species and their habitats to efficiently process permit requests and regulatory compliance.
