The Programme Director – Fisheries will support the Director of Natural Resources on the delivery of an early ITQ renewal process, the implementation of the Finfish Fishery and actions associated with the wider Natural Resources Action Plan. This will involve formulating and implementing policies, legislation, standards, plans and strategies for sustainable exploitation of fisheries resources that reflect accords and FI/International legislation.  Consulting with expert advisors, the science team, the control & enforcement team and stakeholders, as appropriate you will also develop and oversee the implementation of a new operational management system for the finfish fishery.
