This is a temporary appointment. Appointment to this position will not convey permanent status and will be for a period not-to-exceed 1039 hours in a service year.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, evaluate, and conduct progressively more complex biological analyses of wildlife and associated habitats.
  • Use current protocols for monitoring and surveying for special status species and conducting habitat assessments for wildlife and other program projects.
  • The incumbent will analyze field data for inclusion into a variety of NEPA documents such as Categorical Exclusions, Determinations of NEPA Adequacy and Environmental Assessments.
