We are searching for a Rewilding Research Intern to join our engaging projects team for 12 months on a fixed term contract, building a database of evidence to promote the case of rewilding in advocacy and fundraising proposals.

You will be able to work from home, whilst living in commutable distance to our office in the beautiful eco village of the Findhorn Foundation, working alongside our team of dedicated and inspiring colleagues.Our people are led by our values of groundbreaking, collaborative and pragmatic, sharing their skills, stories and experiences to both engage and nurture each other and our supporters.

With rewilding becoming a hot topic in recent years, Trees for Life has become one the leading organisations in Scotland to raise awareness of the benefits to both nature and the communities in which rewilding operates. As rewilding becomes mainstreamed it is important to be able to demonstrate and evidence its benefits for nature, climate, people and the economy.

If you have an interest in rewilding, conservation and its benefits, complemented with a strong ability to present complex information in plain english, be organised and a self starter, then please do not hesitate to apply. The starting salary for this role is £18,939 and is fixed term for 12 months. Trees for Life offer a generous holiday allowance, pension payable and a flexible working approach.
