This position will manage the Habitat Program, a major statewide biological, environmental regulatory and management program within the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF), Office of Wildlife.  Incumbent responsibilities include Statewide Environmental Investigations, Louisiana Natural and Scenic Rivers System, Seismic Section and Mitigation Bank Interagency Review Teams.  Incumbent conducts sensitive, complex negotiations with private industry, landowners, and federal, state and local agencies on biolog
