This position’s primary focus is a connectivity project in the Southern Kenya – Northern Tanzania (SOKNOT) landscape. Working with project partners, the successful applicant will develop a Transboundary Corridor and Connectivity Atlas based on the habitat and movement needs of a suite of focal species (functional connectivity) and establish baseline measures of structural and functional connectivity metrics of the key corridor and dispersal areas in the landscape.   Responsibilities & Duties 
  • Collect and organize existing spatial data.
  • Analyze movement and presence data from focal wildlife species.
  • Develop resistance to movement layers using R and/or ArcGIS.
