Provides support, coordination and professional management to the Conservation Administrator and Conservation Commission in carrying out the administration and enforcement of the Wetlands Protection Act and Marshfield Wetlands Bylaw and protection of over 2,800 acres of Town-owned Conservation land. Uses professional expertise, critical analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to accomplish a variety of tasks ranging from routine to complex. Communicates accurately, concisely and professionally with the public, Town employees and other local, state and federal agencies. The Conservation Agent works under the supervision of the Conservation Administrator.
