The Conservation Field Supervisor is an integral part of research, field work, management, and administration of the conservation department at Sea Turtle, Inc. Reporting directly to the Chief Conservation Officer, the Conservation Field Supervisor will be responsible for field duties during nesting season, primarily focusing on the conservation of the critically endangered Kemp’s ridley sea turtle, the management of interns and field technicians, and research throughout the year. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, a team player, and passionate about our mission of conservation, rehabilitation and education.
