Do you want to spend your summer working in an industrial estate, killing cute little lizards in the broiling sun?  We are looking for highly motivated people to assist the part-time project manager with the eradication of a small, recently-established population of plague skinks, to stop the establishment of this highly invasive species in the South Island. The work will involve helping run a regular, high-density trapping programme in the area where skinks are known to occur and searching the surrounding area intensively to confirm the absence of plague skinks there. There is one position available based at Renwick, near Blenheim.
