Equinox is looking for an environmental science technician or specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in collecting stream and wetland monitoring data. For consideration candidates will possess a university degree and demonstrate experience in the use of a total station for topographic surveying and stream geomorphology.  The successful applicant will be competent in ArcGIS, be knowledgeable of stream morphology and hydrologic functions, have strong familiarity with stream habitat, fish, and benthic organisms, and have experience with methods used for stream and wetland delineations.  Applicants with experience in North Carolina Division of Mitigation Services reporting are preferable.  This individual needs to be familiar with the regulatory environment as it applies to the
