What You Will Be Doing The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Fire Protection, is seeking a highly motivated person to fill the Fairbanks – Delta Area Forester Position.  Under direct supervision of the Regional Forester, this position works diligently and, through subordinates, implements the Forest Resources and Practices Act (FRPA) and regulations within a complex geographic area to ensure the protection of fish habitat and water quality on state, municipal, trust and private land, and to ensure proper reforestation of harvested areas.
