Purpose:
The Field Biologist position supports all LTMCS projects including: American Kestrel Studies (~45%), Migration Monitoring (~35%), Following Forest Owls (~10%), Burrowing Owl Monitoring (~5%), and Studies of Urban Raptor Ecology (SURE) (~5%). This support includes fieldwork, mentoring and managing members of community science teams, data curation, various equipment care and maintenance, and other tasks.
