Description

Heluna Health (HH) and the Vector-Borne Disease Section (VBDS) of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) are recruiting for the position of Research Assistant Intern for VBDS to work approximately 32-40 hours per week. The position begins early to mid-June and ends in September 2021. This is a Seasonal/Non-benefit eligible position. Employment is provided by Heluna Health. California has a long-standing comprehensive vector-borne disease surveillance program, including enhanced surveillance for flea-borne diseases, arboviruses, tick-borne diseases, and rodent-borne diseases.
