Erie Bird Observatory (EBO) is seeking a seasonal bird banding assistant for 7 weeks this spring, starting ~April 9th (flexible). Primary duties are extracting birds from mist nets & assisting with daily banding operations as an integral part of the EBO banding team. Qualifications: EBO operates a high-volume station and successful applicants will have extensive experience extracting, handling, and banding songbirds. This includes: •At least one season at a similarly high-  volume station (2,500+ birds/month).
