Responsibilities  This is a position with the U.S. Geological Survey's Brown Treesnake Project, with a duty station located at the Guam National Wildlife Refuge, in the U.S. Territory of Guam. As a Research Ecologist within the Fort Collins Science Center, some of your specific duties will include:
  • Organizing and conducting research on non-native reptiles with an emphasis on brown treesnakes.
  • Writing research reports (including manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals) , technical reports, outreach/educational materials, and similar products in collaboration with the Project Leader and/or co-investigators.
  • Providing technical assistance, especially regarding data management.
