Responsibilities As a Research Ecologist within the Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center, some of your specific duties will include: Designs and conducts original research investigations directed towards gaining a better understanding of processes that drive wetland ecosystems with a focus on land-use and climate-change influences. Addresses complex issues within area of expertise and maintains liaison with employees of federal and state governments, academic institutions, and private organizations that share interests in wetland ecosystems and the societal services they provide.
