Duties The Shorelands and Environmental Assistance (SEA) program helps communities manage shorelands and wetlands. Our primary focus is on state and local responsibilities for administering Washington state and federally-delegated laws. Our mission is to work in partnership with communities to support healthy watersheds and promote statewide environmental interests. The program's Washington Conservation Corps (WCC) section is looking to fill Washington Conservation Corps (WCC) Crew Supervisor 1 positions located across the State of Washington.
