Number of positions: 2 Start Date: April 3, 2022 End Date: Flexible, but approximately August 4, 2023 Compensation: $13.50/hour and housing* The Hardwood Ecosystem Experiment (HEE) is hiring Wildlife Field Technicians to help carry out research on the effects of silvicultural treatments on the ecology of managed forests. Primary duties of these position(s) are to conduct tree squirrel camera trapping (April-May) and small mammal camera trapping (June-July). Field work will be conducted at Morgan-Monroe and Yellowwood State Forests near Martinsville, IN and Bloomington, IN (respectively). Each work week will generally consist of five 8-hour days.
